GP Joule EPC Ireland Ltd is a newly established and growing team focused on the engineering, procurement, and construction of utility-scale solar PV projects and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). Based in Leixlip, our Irish operations are supported by the wider GP Joule Group in Germany, combining local agility with international expertise.

Office Administrator

The Role

We’re seeking a motivated, energetic and versatile Office Administrator to join our startup team in Ireland. Reporting directly to the Country Manager, this is a hands-on role with real variety — ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow alongside a company that’s helping shape Ireland’s clean energy future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide vital support in organizing procurement and logistics coordination for the EPC team.
  • Handle all office management tasks, including scheduling appointments for senior executives, ordering office supplies, and preparing meetings.
  • Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and updates for both external stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with internal teams, HR, finance departments, along with external stakeholders such as suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of administrative processes by utilizing digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and CRM.
  • Assist in organizing business trips, training courses, and company events, while also aiding in document control and compliance monitoring.

Requirements

  • Initial professional experience in an administrative position within the construction industry or renewable energy sector is likely.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and strong initiative enable efficient, goal-oriented work.
  • A high degree of independence facilitates easy prioritization of tasks, responsibility-taking, and independent work.
  • Proactive, flexible, and cooperative qualities are essential, reinforced by a strong sense of responsibility.
  • An empathetic and outgoing nature, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, aids in building relationships and effective communication.
  • Proficiency in common MS Office applications is necessary, along with an openness to adapting to new systems.
